Return & Refund Policy

Applies to: Handmade items, apparel, 3D-printed products, stickers, and digital downloads.

Thank you for supporting our small business! Because our products are custom-made, handmade, or digital, we have to maintain a very clear and strict return policy to protect our time, materials, and creative work. Please read carefully before placing your order.


1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are non-refundable once payment is processed.
Due to the personalized, handmade, or digital nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed.
Please double-check all details (sizes, colors, files, and shipping address) before submitting your order.


2. Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if there is a verified defect or error on our part.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer

  • Color variation due to screen or print differences

  • Minor imperfections characteristic of handmade or 3D-printed items

  • Digital files or downloads (all digital products are final sale)

  • Print-on-demand products (such as shirts, hoodies, or mugs) are fulfilled through trusted third-party partners.

If a return is approved:

  • You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied

  • Unauthorized or late returns will not be accepted


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take pride in quality control. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  3. Do not discard the item or packaging until the issue is resolved

We will review and determine if a replacement or store credit is appropriate.
No refunds will be issued without photo proof.


4. Digital Downloads

All digital purchases are final sale.
Once a file is downloaded, the sale is complete.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for accidental purchases, file incompatibility, or misunderstanding of digital use.
If a file appears corrupted or won’t open, contact us within 48 hours, and we will resend the file link.


5. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

To protect our small business and handmade process, all chargebacks and payment disputes are investigated.
We maintain:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Shipping and delivery confirmation

  • Communication logs and product photos

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us for resolution, we will:

  • Submit full documentation to dispute the claim

  • Revoke customer access to any digital files

  • Ban the customer from future purchases
