RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Most ToroShop 13 products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Because these items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or an incorrect address entered during checkout. Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and shipping information carefully before ordering.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the problem.

After reviewing the information, we will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate. Please do not mail an item back unless we provide return instructions.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Because production can start shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed.
