Shipping Policy

Applies to: Handmade items, apparel, 3D-printed products, stickers, and digital downloads.

Thank you for supporting our small business! Each order is prepared with care, and because many of our items are handmade or custom, processing and delivery times may vary. Please read our shipping policy carefully before ordering.


1. Processing Time

All products are made or packaged by hand.

  • Handmade items & clothing: 5–10 business days before shipment

  • 3D prints & custom orders: 7–14 business days before shipment

  • Stickers & small accessories: 3–5 business days before shipment

  • Digital downloads: Available immediately after purchase via email or account link

  • Print-on-demand items: 5–10 business days (fulfilled by third-party partners)

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.


2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time depends on the carrier and your location.
Estimated transit times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 10–21 business days

These are estimates only. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather issues, customs holds, or other circumstances beyond our control once the item has been shipped.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your item, contact your local post office or delivery carrier directly. We do not issue refunds for items marked as Delivered.


4. Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The buyer is responsible for reshipment fees, or

  • A refund (minus shipping and 20% restocking fee) will be issued if the item is eligible

We cannot change shipping addresses once an order has been shipped.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We rely on third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) for delivery. Once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over its handling or delivery.

  • If your tracking shows In Transit for more than 15 days, contact the carrier for assistance.

  • If your order is marked Delivered but missing, check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

  • We do not issue refunds or replacements for stolen packages; please file a claim directly with the carrier.

We may assist in filing a claim, but replacement decisions are at our discretion.


6. International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
All international sales are final.


7. Digital Downloads

Digital files are delivered via email or instant link immediately after payment.
No physical item will be shipped.
If you experience issues accessing your files, please contact us within 48 hours for assistance.
